International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our focus is on providing the best service to customers within Australia.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the artwork and your delivery location. As all artworks are made to order, shipping is not included in the price of the artwork, and free shipping is not available.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes may vary due to courier schedules and other factors.

Non-Delivery
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

RETURNS

Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. You will need to provide photographs of the damage and the packaging to help us assess the issue. If the damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping.

Change of Mind
Due to the made-to-order nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your artwork carefully to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.

Return Shipping Costs
For approved returns not related to damage, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the returned artwork is received in its original condition.
